Terms & Conditions for Retail Purchase

- First come first serve basis. All goods are brand new.

- The colors of the actual piece might be slightly different from the photo seen on the website due to different computer displays, lightings or other effects on the photo. No refund or exchange is allowed in the case of such color differences.

- Price may be negotiable, depending on the demand of goods.

- We only accept returning stock such as serious damage, big holes, and big part of stain that can’t wash. Return or exchange of stock is acceptable but money will not be refundable. You may exchange for another item within 3 days. (Note that all costs will be incurred by the customer.) Other issues such as small stains, thick or thin of the materials, colours not same with the picture, quality not good and size too big or small is NOT REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE. Please report to us within 24 hours after you received.

- We will not be accountable for any losses or damages incurred during the delivery.

- An order will only be processed after payment is received.

- For those who are interested, please complete the ORDER FORM.

- After your submission of the ORDER FORM, we will notify you the total amount to be paid and together with our account number as soon as possible. We expect to receive payment within 2 days after our notification.

- Your reservation will only be valid within 48 hours. If payment is not received within this period, goods reserved will be automatically canceled.

- Once an order is processed, no cancellation or amendment is allowed.

- There will be no further discounts on already discounted items. Discounted items cannot be exchanged or returned after they are sold.

Terms & Conditions for Wholesale Purchase

- All goods are brand new. Prices are non-negotiable. The prices quoted are very competitive, as we encourage bulk buying from customers.

- The colors of the actual piece might be slightly different from the photo seen on the website due to different computer displays, lightings or other effects on the photo. No refund or exchange is allowed in the case of such color differences.

- Minimum Order Requirement-to get the wholesale price, a minimum purchase of 5 set or 15 pcs is required, that is, if the item you chose has 4 colours, then you must buy at least 4 pieces of different colours per item, consider a set or if the item have one colour with 4 sizes, then you must buy all the 4 sizes.

- Wholesale special discount:

1 time purchases 15 Piece Above, Each reduce RM 1.00

1 time purchases 50 Piece Above, Each reduce RM 2.00

1 time purchases 100 Piece Above, Each reduce RM 3.00

- Goods sold are NOT returnable or exchangeable.

- Subject to stock availability.

- All goods are brand new. Prices are non-negotiable. The prices quoted are very competitive.

- The colors of the actual piece might be slightly different from the photo seen on the website due to different computer displays, lightings or other effects on the photo. No refund or exchange is allowed in the case of such color differences.

- Not Cancellation, returnable or exchangeable once the order has been placed.

- The waiting period of 14days for pre-order is base on the nearest pre-order date. Please take note of the next order date in our message box.
